Our Policy
1. Our professional placement charges are 8.33% of C.T.C (P.A) + GST payable within 15 days of joining of our candidate.2. Any candidate referred by us and selected by the Client Company will be considered as a placement of our candidate whether candidate has been referred by any other agency of selected through any other sources within a year.
3. The Client Company shall decide & inform as to reimburse “To & Fro” Traveling expenses to the outstation candidate whenever they are appearing for interview.
4. If Client Company agrees to go for advertisement we will help to prepare advertisement draft, select media and will get it approved from the client company and company will bare all the expenses on that account.
5. Client Company shall provide the copy of appointment letter / offer of selected candidate along with joining date for billing purpose.
6. Initially we provide synopsis only and if required from Client Company on request we will provide “Photo Copies of bio-data on returnable basis” also soft copy.
7. In case of patronizing placement, services, with our agency only, changes may be negotiated.
8. On behalf of Client Company we will arrange interview and actual charges will be born by Client Company. Services charge will be Rs. 10,000/- per day for arranging interview in Gujarat and Rs.12,000/- per day for out of Gujarat
9. Incase the candidate referred by us leaves the company within THREE months of his joining. We shall provide a replacement without our professional fees. This will however one time only.
10. We also undertake Head Assignment for special category of candidate, charges will be Rs. 15,000/-per day and other allied expenses viz. travelling by first class/luxury bus. Staying charges in reasonably good hotel local conveyance and incidental communication charges. The assignment will be STRICTLY CONFIDENT
11. Payment shall be made by Cheque/D.D./ Cash payment at Ankleshwar in favor of RAPID PLACEMENT
